Beneficence refers to actions that improve well-being and a researcher’s obligation to strive for their research to improve the status, rights and/or well-being of children.
Benefit is one of the three core principles of ERIC. In this context, benefit includes the principle of non-maleficence, doing no harm, and the principle of beneficence.
